What Happens During Your Session
During each of your regularly scheduled sessions, the trainer will guide you through each exercise, as they motivate, inspire and empower you with all the right information to help you achieve the ultimate results in only 12 weeks. They will eliminate any of the ‘guesswork’ by guiding you through the right exercise program for you and giving you the nutritional information you need to be successful.
We want you to know that your sessions are all about you. Every personal training program is different – one size does not fit all! Depending on your goals, physical fitness level, interest and your individual muscular imbalances, your fitness professional will design a custom fit program perfect for you.
