		<description>Kristen this is some good stuff.  Meal replacement bars definitely need to be emergency food only.  They are very calorie dense and don&#039;t even fill you up.  At least that has been my experience.  You can actually have a grilled 4oz chicken breast (150-170 calories) a serving of brown rice (150-170 calories) and a green salad (30 calories)all totaling to 350-370 calories.  I promise this will stick to your ribs a lot better than any bar out there.</description>
